The PA lemon law and other Federal warranty laws apply to leases, so you do have a shot at getting out from under the lease. There are laws that require auto manufacturers to fix a particular defect in a reasonable amount of time and/or a reasonable number of attempts. The PA lemon law will help as long as you reported the defect in the first year of ownership and the first 12,000 miles of use, whichever came first. Even if the defect did not come up until after the first year and after the first 12,000 miles of use, you can potentially get out of the lease using a Federal law called the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act. So do not worry. Either way, Ten (10) attempts to fix this problem is very unreasonable. You definitely have a case worth pursuing. Furthermore, it is likely that you are experiencing a safety-related defect. We recommend you contact us immediately so we can get the process started.
